Coming with a mechanical background from the motor
industry, I changed direction from motor bikes, cars, trucks
and trailers to packaging machines in 1996. Within 18 months
I was travelling to customers sites and carrying out servicing
and fixing breakdowns as well as recommending and sourcing replacement
parts on many varied types of machines. From there I moved up
to a more leading role where I have been identifying customers
needs, resolving their problems on the phone and have ensured
the correct level of engineering support has been given where
needed.
After 11 years service within the world of semi automatic
shrink and stretch wrapping machines, I decided to offer my
